Ingredients in Buffalo Chicken Dip

This zesty dip is incredibly simple to make but bursting with flavor that will surely liven up any party. Combining perfectly cooked chicken in a rich blend of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, black pepper, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and deliciously tangy buffalo sauce. Top with green onions or chives.

Shredded Chicken. Great options for the chicken are 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4 cups of leftover rotisserie chicken, or 4 cans of white meat chicken.

Hot Sauce. Most often, I use Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. However, another delicious sauce for this recipe is Open Pit Original Barbeque Sauce. If you are looking for the best flavor, you will need a hot sauce that has just the right amount of heat.

Ranch Salad Dressing. Any store bought brand works well in this recipe. However, if you really want to amp up the flavors and freshness, make your own and add that. Our Homemade Ranch Dressing Recipe tastes amazing with this dip. A blue cheese dressing pairs nicely with this recipe in place of the ranch salad dressing. A nice combination is adding blue cheese crumbles or feta cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
