Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 16 Ounces Cabbage 1 bag coleslaw mix or 1 head shredded cabbage
  • 10 ½ Ounces Chicken Broth
  • 10 ½ Ounces Cream of Mushroom
  • 10 ½ Ounces Cream of Chicken
  • 6 Ounces Parmesan Cheese
  • 5 Pork Chops can be 5 or 6
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Peel and slice the potatoes. Add to a prepared 2-quart casserole dish or 9 X 13 baking dish.
  • Add a layer of shredded cabbage.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the chicken broth, cream of mushroom, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over the cabbage and potatoes.
  • Season the pork chops with the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Place on the top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the aluminum foil and add the shredded Parmesan cheese on top and continue baking uncovered for another 10 minutes. Until the cheese is melted and starting to turn a golden color.
