How to Make This Perfect Fall Dessert
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray oil.
In a large bowl make the pumpkin pie mix. Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour pumpkin mixture into the prepared 9×13 inch pan.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top of the pumpkin mixture.
Melt the butter, then drizzle this over the top of the cake mix.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean and the top starts to turn a light golden brown.
Your delicious bars are ready to enjoy.
Pro Tip: If you want to cut these into smaller squares for a crowd, you may want to line the baking pan with parchment paper. That way, you can take the bars right out of the pan when cooled to cut.
