First, preheat the gas grill or the charcoal grill to a medium heat. If you will be using a grill pan, this should be preheated to medium heat too. The preheating helps prevent the fruit from sticking. Pro Tip. Clean and oil the grill grates before grilling.

Brush the Peach halves with oil. Brushing them with oil will help prevent them from sticking.

  • 4 Peaches halved and pitted
  • Olive Oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat grill and/or grill pan to medium heat.
  • Prepare the peaches by washing and drying the outside. Using a paring knife, cut in half and remove the pit. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with a little of the olive oil.
