To Make Gravy

    Stove Top Method

    • In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 2 Tablespoons of the homemade brown gravy mix and 1 cup water. Whisk continuously to prevent lumps. Simmer Until Thickened, 1-2 minutes. The gravy will continue to thicken as it cools.
    • If needed, adjust the consistency by adding more water. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more mix if a stronger flavor is desired.
