How to Tell if Quick Bread is Done?
Insert a toothpick, skewer, or cake tester into the center of the bread. If it comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs clinging to it, the bread is done. If there’s still wet batter on the toothpick, it needs more time in the oven. Avoid Overbaking: Overbaking can dry out your pumpkin bread. Start checking for doneness a few minutes before the end of the recommended baking time to avoid this.Nutrition
