How to Store Scalloped Potatoes?
These will store well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container. This is also a perfect side dish to freeze. Once in the airtight container, it will keep in the freezer for up to 10 months for best quality. When you are ready to serve, reheat in the microwave or place in a casserole dish and reheat in the oven. A slow cooker would work well to reheat this too, it will just take longer. There is a short video on this recipe
