Instructions
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

Prepare fresh herbs and add all other ingredients; garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, fresh parsley, fresh dill, and fresh chives.
