In a glass filled halfway with ice, add cold brew coffee concentrate and water, stir to combine.
Using a blender or frothing wand and ¼ - ½ cup of pumpkin cream process until fluffy and thick.
Gently pour the pumpkin cream cold foam over the iced coffee. Optionally sprinkle a bit more pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
