Ingredients
8Oz.Whipped Topping
24 OuncesCottage Cheese
15Oz.Strawberries Sliced frozen or fresh
20Oz.Crushed Pineapple With the juice
3.3Oz.White Chocolate Pudding Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Powder
3Oz.Strawberry Gelatin Dessert Powder
2CupsMiniature Marshmallows
Instructions
Stir together the thawed whipped topping, gelatin powder and the instant pudding powder together until combined.
Add in the cottage cheese, strawberries and marshmallows and fold together.
If you can chill for an hour before eating to let all it set up.

You can use sugar free gelatinSubstitute pineapple tidbits rather than the crushedSwap out the strawberry flavored gelatin for any other flavorAdd other fruits such as maraschino cherries, mandarin orange slices, dark sweet cherries, fruit cocktail, or other fruits that you enjoy rather than strawberries. Or reduce the number of strawberries and add something to compliment them.Use lime flavored gelatin with pineapple and mandarin oranges. Just delicious and the color will be green.
