Bacon wrapped pickles with cream cheese are an irresistible appetizer that will be sure to wow any crowd. Not only are these bite-sized treats incredibly flavorful, but they're also incredibly easy to make!
6Spears Dill Picklewhole sliced in half and cut into 3 pieces each
4OuncesCream Cheese
9SlicesBaconthickness regular cut or thin cut
Ranch Dressing for dippingoptional

Instructions
Preheat oven the 425 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut each whole pickle spear in half. Use a paper towel to pat the extra moisture off the pickle spear. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
6 Spears Dill Pickle
Add a ¼ teaspoon of cream cheese on top.
4 Ounces Cream Cheese
Cut each bacon slice in half. Wrap each pickle piece in a slice of bacon and place on a place on a baking sheet fitted with a wire rack. The wire rack helps the bacon fat drip away and allows the pickle spear to bake on all sides.
9 Slices Bacon
Bake for 30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden.
If you want more cheese, sprinkle on a bit of shredded cheddar cheese when the pickle poppers come out of the oven.
Cheddar Cheese
Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping if desired.
You can use fully cooked bacon pieces for this. It will be faster to make, less greasy, and cooks up in half the time.

If you happen to have any leftover, just place them in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh up to 5 days.To reheat, it is a good idea to bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until the bacon is warm and crispy again. Just 10 minutes. If you have an air fryer, this is a great snack to reheat quickly. It just takes 3-5 minutes in the air fryer.
