This amazing Rotisserie Chicken Casserole is a perfect way to get everyone to the dinner table. When you make one of their favorite casserole recipes, the entire family shows up.
Once the cheese is melted add the chicken, sour cream, soup, and noodles into cheese mixture. Stir until the noodles are coated with mixture.
3 Cups Chicken, 4 Cups Egg Noodles, ½ Cup Sour Cream, ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese, 10.5 Ounces Cream of Celery Soup
Pour mixture into a prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
3 Cups Cheddar Cheese
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Recipe Variations
Add toasted almonds on top for a delicious crunch. Switch up the cheese. This recipe uses cheddar cheese, but any type of cheese that you enjoy would work. In casserole dishes like this good melting cheese really takes this over the top.If you prefer a crumb topping crushed Ritz Crackers, bread crumbs, or even crushed potato chips mixed with melted butter work well. Just take approximately 1 cup of the crumb mixture that you want to use and mix with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole and bake.Add vegetables right to the casserole. I usually have some in the freezer and cauliflower and broccoli are great choices. Green peas and green beans can be added when the pasta is mixed in.Swap out the Soup. Other cans of soup work well with this recipe such as cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, even soften cream cheese will work nicely. Next time you make this tasty casserole try a few of the variations.
How Long Will This Chicken Casserole Last?
This makes a great snack for later and if it is in an airtight container, it will last in the refrigerator 4-5 days.To reheat just microwave or place in the oven. Generally, we microwave this a few minutes as it is faster. Unless we are reheating enough for a crowd.
Can this Casserole be Frozen?
Yes absolutely, get the ingredients in a freezer-safe baking pan and make sure that it is securely wrapped in plastic wrap then tin foil. It will keep in the freezer 4-5 months.When you are ready to bake it can go right in the freezer – just bake an extra 40 minutes to allow for the frozen state when it went into the oven. If you thaw the casserole first, just bake for the normal time.
