Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a shallow casserole dish or 9x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add the cooked shredded chicken, diced green onion, and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix to combine. Great options for the chicken are 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4 cups of rotisserie chicken, or 4 cans of white meat chicken. Set this aside.

In a medium saucepan, add the cubed cream cheese, ranch dressing, black pepper, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Heat over medium heat whisking constantly until the cream cheese is dissolved and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture. Mix well to combine.
