- 14 Ounces Cabbage Shredded, or Bagged pre-shredded cabbage with the carrot included that is used in coleslaw.

- 1 Tablespoon Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
- 1 Large Egg slightly beaten
- 3 Cups Oil Cooking oil, vegetable oil, or olive oil

- In a large skillet add the ground beef. Cook over medium heat, breaking apart the meat into small pieces. Cook until the hamburger is cooked through. About 7 minutes. Set aside to cool to room temperature. About 15 minutes.
- If you purchased a bag of pre-shredded cabbage that contains shredded carrots too, it is quick to use that and just add it to a bowl. If you are shredding your own, shred the cabbage into fine pieces and add to a large bowl. Optionally, you can shred a carrot too.
- Next, add the cooked and cooled ground beef, honey, and teriyaki sauce. Mix to combine.
