Our Turkey or Chicken and Vegetable Fingers are a perfect solution to picky eaters. Finding healthy and delicious snacks that both toddlers and adults will enjoy can be a challenge. Packed with nutritious ingredients and easy to make, these tasty fingers are great for lunchboxes, quick dinners, or as a protein-rich snack.
Prep the Vegetables: Finely chop the carrots, zucchini, onion, and garlic. Using a food processor makes this step quick and easy.
2 Small Carrots, 1 Small Zucchini, 1/2 Small Onion, 2 Teaspoons Garlic Paste
Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the seasonings. Add the ground turkey mixture and breadcrumbs, mixing well either by hand or with a spoon until fully combined.
1 Pound Ground Turkey, 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Parsley, 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika, 3/4 Cup Breadcrumbs, Pinch of salt and pepper
Form the Fingers: Take 2-3 tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll between your hands to form "fingers." Place them onto a lightly greased air fryer basket, leaving about an inch of space around each for proper air circulation. You may need to cook in batches.
Air Fry: Air fry the fingers at 375°F (190°C) for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through if desired, until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
Serve: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
