2CupsPork Roast Drippings
2CupsWater

Instructions
Add the pork roast, seasoning, and scoop the marmalade over the top in your large slow cooker and cook on high 6-7 hours and on low 10-11 hours.
Marmalade Pork Gravy
In a saucepan, combine the pork roast drippings and water. Season with the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
In a glass or small bowl, combine the corn starch and water and mix until the corn starch is fully dissolved in the water.
Slowly pour in the corn starch and water mixture in the pork roast drippings whisking the entire time until combined. Cook a minute or two until thickening, stirring constantly.
I did not strain this gravy to remove the orange pieces from the marmalade. It added to the umami orange flavor of the gravy. However, if you prefer, this gravy can be strained so it is smooth and creamy when pouring over your pork and mashed potatoes or other side dish.
