Ingredients
4Tablespoonsbutter
1Medium Shallotdiced
1PoundLarge Shrimp16-20 count size, peeled, deveined, with the tails removed
¼TeaspoonCrushed Red Pepper Flakes
2TablespoonsMinced Garlic
1TeaspoonLemon Juice
2TablespoonsParsleychopped, dried or fresh
Kosher Salt and Black Pepperto taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, add the butter and cook over medium heat until melted.
Add the garlic, shallot and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the shrimp, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper seasoning to taste. Cook until the shrimp are pink on the outside and white on the inside. Approximately 4 minutes.
