Today, I'm sharing my favorite recipe for an Air Fryer Ribeye Steak. If you're like me, you love a good steak but don’t always have the time (or the weather) to fire up the grill. That's where the air fryer comes to the rescue. This method gives you a perfectly juicy, tender steak every time with minimal fuss.
Optional: Garlic powderrosemary, or other seasonings of your choice
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Rub both sides of the ribeye steaks with olive oil.
2 Ribeye Steaks, 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Season generously with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you prefer.
Salt and pepper, Optional: Garlic powder
Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
Cook the steaks at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Adjust the time based on your preferred level of doneness:
Rare: 8-10 minutes
Medium: 12-14 minutes
Well-done: 14-16 minutes
Once done, remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for about 5 minutes on a cutting board.
Slice against the grain and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
