2 ¼CupsAll Purpose Flour
1TablespoonBaking Powder
¼TeaspoonSalt
1CupMilk or Water
½CupButter room temperature
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the pizza pan by lining it with parchment paper or a light coating of oil.
In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Then add the milk or water and softened butter. Today I mixed this by hand, and it literally just takes 3 minutes to mix. This can be made with a mixer using a dough hook or a food processor. The mixing time is about 40 seconds if using one of those methods.
Roll out the dough by sprinkling a bit of flour onto the surface and the rolling pin. Remove the ball of dough from the bowl and tap into the flour on the top and bottom to help reduce the dough sticking to the rolling pin. Add a bit more flour to the surface as needed until the dough is no longer sticky.
Add the rolled-out dough to the pizza pan or a baking sheet. I like to use a smaller rolling pin to help roll out until the thickness is approximately ¼ inch.
Add your desired pizza sauce and toppings. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Bread Flour. I used all purpose flour in this recipe, which yielded a beautiful crust. However, if you are looking for a bit more chew, then swap our all or part of the all-purpose flour for the bread flour.Amp up the Flavor. Brush olive oil, or an infused oil and add a bit of garlic powder to the edge for better color and taste.Add Dried Herbs. Add any dry fresh herb into your dough for extra flavor. Oregano and Dill are great choices. I would add approximately 1-2 teaspoons of the dried herb.Make this Gluten Free. Gluten free flours such as rice flour work well for this recipe.My Dough is Sticky. No worries, that just means it needs a bit more flour. Add about a tablespoon at a time until it is no longer sticky. I like to add that right to the floured surface and I pick it up as I am kneading it a minute or two. This dough is very forgiving and great for a beginner.
How Long does No-Yeast Pizza Dough Last?
Stored in an airtight container or wrapped well in plastic wrap, it will last one day in the refrigerator. Any longer than this and the dough can change color and texture.
Can You Freeze No-Yeasts Pizza Dough?
Yes, you can I roll out my dough add the toppings and freeze. Then when we are ready to eat pizza, I just take it out of my freezer and bake this like I would a frozen pizza from the store.Just make sure that the pizza is wrapped well before freezing.You can roll out the crust and freeze that, then add the toppings when ready and bake.We find that we like making frozen pizzas the best though. It is fun family time to make a few pizzas and at the same time make a few extras to freeze. They are great to pop in the oven on those busy weekdays.
