Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan. Lightly spray with cooking oil. If you plan on removing them and cutting them to serve, line with parchment paper or aluminum foil, allowing the sides to hang over the edges for easy removal.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, white sugar, sour cream, amaretto extract, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Crack in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition to create a glossy mixture.
3 Cups White Sugar, 1 Cup Butter, 3 Large Eggs, ½ Cup Sour Cream, 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract, 2 Tablespoons Amaretto Extract
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
1 ½ Cups All-Purpose Flour, 1 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Stir in the milk chocolate chocolate chips or chunks for an extra burst of chocolate in every bite.

Pour the brownie batter into your prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter). Be sure not to overbake.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before using the parchment paper to lift them out. Slice into squares and serve.
