Crazy Fast Guacamole (Served Right in the Avocado Shell!)
My daughter whipped up this crazy fast guacamole last week, and before I could blink, she was serving it right in the avocado halves. There’s something so refreshing about those spur-of-the-moment kitchen wins. The kind where you don’t even grab a bowl. Simple, rustic, and absolutely perfect for busy days when you want real food right now.
Pinchof red pepper flakes or diced jalapeñooptional

1TablespoonCilantrochopped (optional)
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
1 Ripe Avocado
Scoop most of the flesh into the shell, leaving some attached to keep the “bowl” sturdy.
Mash lightly with a fork. I mashed and with the mix-ins right on my cutting board.
Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and any extras.
1 Teaspoon Lime Juice, Pinch of salt, Pinch of black pepper, Pinch of garlic powder optional, Pinch of red pepper flakes or diced jalapeño, 1 Tablespoon Salsa, 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
Stir together directly in the shell and serve immediately.
