Notes
There is a Short Video of This RecipeBaked Corn is best enjoyed in a bowl. The buttery, creamy, honey sauce is a bit messy if trying to eat on a plate while still hot. As the corn side dish cools down, the sauce will thicken.
Skillet Honey Butter Corn
Add all of the ingredients as you would for baking this side dish to a large 12-inch skillet. Mix to incorporate. Cook on medium-high stirring occasionally until the corn is done and the cream cheese is melted. Approximately 20 minutes.
Slow Cooker Honey Butter Corn Directions
Add all the ingredients except for the paprika to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 90 minutes or low for 150 minutes.
