Instructions
Make the melon balls from the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew and add to a large bowl.
2 Cups Fresh Watermelon Balls,
2 Cups Fresh Cantaloupe Balls,
2 Cups Honeydew Balls
In a small saucepan, add the sugar, water, lemon juice, and lime juice; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Cool.
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice,
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice,
½ Cup Granulated Sugar,
½ Cup Water
Pour sauce over fruit, add the lemon zest and lime zest. Toss to coat. Chill 4 hours.

1 Tablespoon Lime Zest
Depending on the occasion. Serve in a large pretty bowl, individual bowls, or even a fancy cocktail glass or highball glass.
You might want to garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.

Make this fruit salad ahead of time. In fact, it is best to let this chill for 4 hours in the refrigerator for maximum flavors. However, you can make this up to three days in advance.
