Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel and slice the potatoes. Add to a prepared 2-quart casserole dish or 9 X 13 baking dish.
Add a layer of shredded cabbage.
In a medium bowl, mix the chicken broth, cream of mushroom, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over the cabbage and potatoes.
Season the pork chops with the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Place on the top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and add the shredded Parmesan cheese on top and continue baking uncovered for another 10 minutes. Until the cheese is melted and starting to turn a golden color.
