Instructions
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl. Stir until well combined and add to a prepared baking dish. Note. you can also add some scallions and use dried parsley right in the spinach mixture.
8 Ounces Cream Cheese, 1 Cup Sour Cream, 10 Ounces Spinach Leaves, 1 Tablespoon Garlic, ½ Teaspoon Salt, 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper, 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
Pro Tip. Make sure that all the water is removed from the spinach. Simply squeeze the spinach to remove the water. Another option is to wrap the spinach in paper towels and wring the liquid out.
Finish off by adding the rest of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
If you desire more of a browned cheese on top, turn the oven to broil and continue baking for 2 to 3 more minutes until the cheese starts to brown.
When serving, top with freshly diced parsley or scallions. Serve with chips, bread, vegetables, or crackers to dip.
