With a crescent roll crust, this Cold Crescent Veggie Pizza Appetizer is sure to be the crowd favorite. Top it off with cream cheese spread and sprinkled veggies for some added crunch!
This appetizing dish has been in my recipe box since I was just starting out as a cook back then- but now that you know how good they are (trust me), make them often so everyone can enjoy their flavor too
Prepare a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the crescent roll dough side-by-side joining the seams together. Note: there will be a bit excess, and you can either trim the dough or tuck it under on the edges. Bake for 12 minutes. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
16 ounces Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
In a medium-sized bowl combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix or vegetable recipe mix. Spread this mixture on top of the cooled crust.
