Season with spice mix. Let sit 30 minutes.

Cook your meat.

Sear the steaks on medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Lower the heat or place in an oven to finish cooking.

Add a tablespoon of butter on top and put the pan I the oven or cook on low flipping the meat once more.

Cook per desired level of doneness.

– Rare 4-5 minutes, with an internal temperature of 110 to 120℉. – Medium-Rare 6-7 minutes and 120-125℉. – Medium 7-10 minutes and 130-135℉. – Medium-Well 10-11 minutes and 140-145℉. – Well Done 11-13 minutes and 150-155℉.

Allow steaks to rest 5 minutes before serving and slicing..
